We are unable to accept last minute reservations. Our advance reservation/
cancellation policy is an important part of the successful management
of our bed & breakfast. We require a one night's lodging per
room as a deposit to confirm a reservation, refundable if cancelled
7 days or more prior to arrival, minus a $50 cancellation
fee. If less than 7 days notice is given, full deposit
penalty applies. Failure to arrive is considerred a "No-Show"
and you will be charged for all dates reserved. Please confirm your
dates carefully. Special weekly rates available.
Children under 12 are discouraged because the premise is not child
proof.
Check in between 3-6 PM. Check out 11AM
(special arrangements can be made if needed)
Rates based on per night dbl occupancy. Taxes and
breakfast included.
No smoking except on porch.
Sorry, no pets. We will gladly share one of our many.
